Diff\u00e9rents facteurs socio-\u00e9conomiques, financiers, historiques, politiques, g\u00e9ographiques et d\u2019actualit\u00e9s viennent bouleverser le d\u00e9veloppement des communaut\u00e9s francophones et acadiennes. Face \u00e0 un contexte qui \u00e9volue perp\u00e9tuellement, il est essentiel de se poser les bonnes questions et de se situer. Initiative de recherche au sein des communaut\u00e9s francophones en situation minoritaire pour une main d\u2019oeuvre qualifi\u00e9e dans les diff\u00e9rents secteurs de l\u2019\u00e9conomie canadienne<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-5951\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-5951\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le RD\u00c9E Canada, l\u2019Association des coll\u00e8ges et universit\u00e9s de la francophonie canadienne (ACUFC) et la FCFA du Canada collaborent \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une \u00e9tude portant sur la main-d&#8217;\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s des communaut\u00e9s francophones et acadienne du pays. En particulier, nous regardons de pr\u00e8s les effets engendr\u00e9s par la Covid-19 sur la main-d&#8217;\u0153uvre francophone et ses r\u00e9percussions d\u2019un oc\u00e9an \u00e0 l\u2019autre. L\u2019\u00e9tude tire ses analyses et ses r\u00e9sultats d\u2019un ensemble vari\u00e9 de donn\u00e9es, incluant les donn\u00e9es du recensement provenant de Statistiques Canada. Entrepreneuriat Francophone en Situation Minoritaire : D\u00e9fis, Opportunit\u00e9s et Inclusion<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-5952\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-5952\"><p>Les Canadiens francophones vivant en situation minoritaire sont reconnus comme \u00e9tant les citoyens les plus bilingues. Ils jouent un r\u00f4le actif dans la cr\u00e9ation de richesse et dans le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique de leurs territoires. Gr\u00e2ce aux r\u00e9seaux anglophones qu&#8217;ils ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s, les entrepreneurs des communaut\u00e9s francophones et acadiennes cr\u00e9ent un pont \u00e9conomique interprovincial solide. Le contexte canadien constitue un terrain fertile pour mieux appr\u00e9hender le lien qui existe entre le bilinguisme et le dynamisme entrepreneurial. \u00c0 notre surprise, peu de recherches se sont focalis\u00e9es sur l&#8217;examen de la relation qui existe entre le bilinguisme et l&#8217;entrepreneuriat chez la communaut\u00e9 francophone et acadienne en situation minoritaire. Ce partenariat de recherche entre l&#8217;\u00c9cole de Gestion Telfer et le R\u00e9seau de D\u00e9veloppement \u00c9conomique et d&#8217;Employabilit\u00e9 (RD\u00c9E Canada) vise \u00e0 approfondir nos connaissances sur la situation des Entrepreneurs Francophones et Acadiens (EFA) en situation minoritaire. Il devrait nous renseigner sur les trois questions suivantes :<\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quelles sont les caract\u00e9ristiques de l&#8217;entrepreneuriat francophone en situation minoritaire ?<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comment les facteurs institutionnels et sociaux impactent-ils le contexte entrepreneurial dans lequel \u00e9voluent les EFA en situation minoritaire ?<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comment favoriser le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique et l&#8217;inclusion sociale des EFA en situation minoritaire ?<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>Ce projet de recherche est men\u00e9
