\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEn 2016, le RD\u00c9E Canada cr\u00e9e une\u00a0Entente de partenariat strat\u00e9gique en Petite Enfance<\/strong>\u00a0avec la Commission nationale des parents francophones, rapidement suivie en 2017 par une alliance tripartite avec l\u2019Association des coll\u00e8ges et Universit\u00e9s de la Francophonie Canadienne, afin d\u2019\u0153uvrer conjointement pour assurer la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 des garderies en fran\u00e7ais. Cette strat\u00e9gie vise notamment \u00e0 accro\u00eetre l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux services de garde en fran\u00e7ais tout en consolidant la qualit\u00e9 de ces services.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tUne \u00e9tude transversale est ensuite r\u00e9alis\u00e9e, en 2018-2019, afin d\u2019\u00e9tablir l\u2019\u00e9tat de la situation \u00e0 travers le Canada et de cartographier la situation des places en garderies dans les communaut\u00e9s francophones.\r\n\r\nLe constat est clair pour les garderies francophones, il s\u2019agit d\u2019une p\u00e9nurie g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e par manque d\u2019infrastructures et par d\u00e9balancement de la demande proportionnellement \u00e0 l\u2019offre. Les d\u00e9fis se font particuli\u00e8rement ressentir en mati\u00e8re de recrutement et de r\u00e9tention de personnel qualifi\u00e9. La conclusion appara\u00eet que les parents doivent pouvoir avoir l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019opter pour un service de garde en fran\u00e7ais.\r\n\r\nAu cours de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2019, le RD\u00c9E renforce l\u2019entente tripartite en s\u2019associant avec deux nouveaux partenaires actifs dans le secteur, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Sant\u00e9 en fran\u00e7ais et la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration nationale des conseils scolaires francophones.\r\n\r\nLe Plan Global en Petite Enfance, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par le RD\u00c9E Canada pour EDSC, se veut une strat\u00e9gie innovante. Cette approche interm\u00e9diaire permet la gestion des fonds \u00ab\u00a0par et pour\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0les francophones en fonction des besoins et des particularit\u00e9s de chacune des communaut\u00e9s au pays.\r\n\r\nL\u2019octroi du financement fin 2019 va d\u00e9sormais permettre de mettre en \u0153uvre, d\u2019un oc\u00e9an \u00e0 l\u2019autre et dans les communaut\u00e9s francophones et acadienne, un plan d\u2019action pour assurer le d\u00e9veloppement des services en petite enfance, mais aussi pour soutenir le d\u00e9veloppement de la capacit\u00e9 entrepreneuriale et de la main d\u2019\u0153uvre dans ce secteur.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
