It was during a launch party on Parliament Hill in Ottawa on February 8, 2023 that the new reference document for Francophone economic development was revealed! The White Paper: 2nd Edition was presented to the public with guests of honor including the Minister of Official Languages, the Honorable Ginette Petitpas-Taylor and the Senator, the Honorable Lucie Moncion.

Beyond the findings, the White Paper identifies 23 courses of action to follow in order to make the Francophonie more innovative and resilient in the face of current challenges and enable it to fully play its role in economic recovery.
