The Canadian Economic Francophonie

Services available in all the provinces and territories

In 2006, the economic activities generated by the Canadian Francophonie represented $230.5 billion, or 19.4% of total Canadian GDP. Each dollar of GDP that comes from Francophone economic space adds 52 cents more to Canadian GDP.

RDÉE Canada wants to help Francophone businesses contribute more to this wealth. This is why RDÉE Canada is working with its members on ways to provide a wide range of services to businesses such as start-up support. As the gateway of choice for doing business in French, each provincial and territorial RDÉE Canada member has a good knowledge of its Francophone or Acadian community and the businesses that operate there. In nine provinces and three territories, they will guide you in shaping your business project.

Each year, an average of some 20,000 entrepreneurs have been directly involved in one of the activities undertaken or coordinated by our member organizations. The number of participants increased annually by 8.5% from 2009 to 2012.
